  1. Thank you Kim for your kindness and the congratulations on my book. The book was a real inspiration for me to write in so many ways. I realized that leadership forces you to stay true to yourself and to recognize when you are at your best and when you are at your worst; the important thing is to stay focused and keep moving forward. I learned that it is overcoming adversity that brings the most satisfaction, and that achievements are made more meaningful by the struggle it took to achieve them. Learning through the ups and downs of my personal and professional life proves that anything is possible if you believe in yourself and if you set your mind and heart to it. If you want something badly enough, you must be prepared to go after it with everything you have, no matter what the odds. I learned much about life, sharing knowledge and life stories with employees and associates and friends. My hopes, fears, beliefs, values and dreams were tested to the limit. Learning that only the difficult things in life truly bring satisfaction, and that achievement is proportional to the struggle needed to get there. I had conquered, the most profound truth of my journey which was that drive, determination, imagination and energy will bring you success. The question is, how much do you truly want your dream? My book is geared towards individuals from all walks of life, the book contains tools to support life's purpose and much more, I will help you challenge vis-a-vis and make better decisions, I hope you enjoy reading my book, my book is available on Amazon, Smashwords and print shortly:
